Loads of Liverpool fans have been reacting to an update from Jürgen Klopp, as the manager has left the door open for Naby Keita to start against Manchester City.

Liverpool welcome Manchester City to Anfield on Sunday knowing a win would put them clear in first place while a defeat could see them drop to third, perhaps even just one point ahead of the likes of Arsenal and Tottenham.

The Reds’ perfect start to the season has run out of steam in the alst couple of weeks, drawing against Chelsea in between defeats against the Blues and Napoli.

While Keita hasn’t exactly set the world alight, fans are breathing a huge sigh of relief that he could return on Sunday.

The Guinean international left the defeat against Napoli with a back problem, but Klopp has confirmed it is not as serious as was first suspected.

“We don’t know in this moment as well if he can train tomorrow, we have to see. It didn’t look too serious, so there’s a chance but we don’t know,” the boss said in his pre-match conference.

Henderson, Wijnaldum and Milner completed just 24 forward passes between the three of them in Naples, and fans are desperate for Keita to return.
