As per the report, Chelsea have investigated the situation of all four managers but do not have a single leading candidate at the moment.

As per Sky Sports, Todd Boehly and Clearlake Capital have a deadline in mind and want to make a public announcement by the end of next week. The Blues want to give their new manager as much time as possible to settle in to life at Stamford Bridge.

Maresca's buy-out provision in his Leicester contract is said to be worth around £8.5 million ($10.8m), which is more than twice as much as McKenna's at Ipswich Town. With regard to Frank, the Bees boss had his £3m ($3.8m) buy-out increased to an unknown price point when he signed his most recent contract with Brentford in 2022.
